"Charged me for an arrangement I had send to a friend for her birthday which was never delivered. Called to find out the status. They said they no longer make the arrangement (why they did not call me to let me know the day is was suppose to be delivered is an mystery) although it’s still on the website available to order. Asked them to send something out right away (day late). They sent out a very skimpy arrangement. The is the second and last time I order thru 1-800-Flowers who uses Rose Cart. Buyer be aware they are a rip off!"
