"managers are terrible, ruining the experience and in turn that effects the staffs income. caught different staff laughing at us as well as running away before we could talk to them. refused to let us contact the owner because they were scared and hid in the back instead of dealing with their customers."
"We did our wedding flowers with Virginia and she was the most wonderful person we could have worked with. Virginia listened to our needs, understood we had a budget and worked very creatively so we stay within budget and everything looked BEAUTIFUL! It was so easy to work with her and we are eternally grateful for her help, creativity, and professionalism. I can not say enough of how gorgeous my bridal bouquet was. She also organizes and coordinates weddings so we learned a lot from her and she gave us so many good tips on what to ask our caterers and other vendors. We also rented the groom, groomsmen and parent's tuxedos from her. Most of our wedding party and parents were coming from other countries for the wedding so I was a bit stressed out about coordinating their suits but she made it easy and was very helpful in selecting the styles, giving out instructions for measurements and making quick adjustments when needed. Overall, a 5 star experience with S & V Collections!"
