They sent me pictures of vases and allowed me to pick one similar to what I wanted. They were delivered on time and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. They did an amazing job I would definitely use this florist again and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a beautiful bouquet of flowers."

"We received two beautiful bouquets from Monica's flowers. The second arrived by courier when they thought we weren't happy with the first, but it was a mix up and we really liked both. "WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. They screwed up my order twice, never knocked to deliver them (I worked from home that day), and when I asked 1800FLOWERS to try a different florist, they said they'd deliver them the next day (in time for my event), but the other florist would have to pick up the last one. I told them that it was fine, but they needed to call and arrange a time as I was headed out of town for the weekend. I get a call that their driver was at my door after I am gone and a demand to come back in town so they could pick up their screw ups because "they've lost money on this order". For $80 I expect to get what is advertised (white pitcher), not a Trader Joe's flower run stuck in a cheap vase (rose pitcher)."
