"I ordered White Four Stem Phalaenopsis (Deluxe option) to deliver to my wife’s work for our wedding anniversary. It came with flowers damaged by plant bugs and cracked pot. My wife was embarrassed and sad when coworkers pointed to the flaws. To make things worse, someone later called my wife and blamed her for accepting the order. Horrible experience with this 300 dollars order! Additional note on 03/12/2024: I wrote the review six months ago and only yesterday the business owner wrote a not honest reply, calling my criticism not “constructive”. Nobody “checked the plant” before delivery and the picture showed it. Situation was not “remedied “ at all, nobody contacted me. When I complained, my wife received the call from the business blaming her for accepting the order if not satisfied ( what was she supposed to do when someone sent her flowers?). They just took back damaged plant in cracked pot and refunded my money."

She took the time to meet with me before our wedding to understand my vision and make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She was responsive throughout the planning process and when I had to make last minute changes. On the wedding day, not only did the flowers look amazing, but she also went above and beyond and included an extra garland for us. Annabella is the sweetest and I would definitely love to work with her again in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Master Florists who live up their reputation! The flowers for our wedding were exactly what we had envisioned and we got so many great comments on them! In addition, we decided last minute to put flowers on our cake, Annabella worked flawlessly with our baker and the results were incredible! The larger of the arrangements ended up at my 95 year old grandmothers house - she has more visitors in a day then we have in a month. Each time that someone came over they would sit and talk about the arrangements ha ha. You all do amazing work, and we are proud to have chosen Mill Valley Flowers as our florist.
