"While what I wrote below is true, I want to update my review to say that the owner has contacted me and sincerely apologized. I can’t give 5 stars because of the horrible delivery experience, however the flowers are beautiful and the owner cares about making things right. The website guarantees delivery by 5 pm on the day you request. Flowers were not delivered by that time and they didn’t contact us to let us know what was happening. Delivery turned into an additional chore for the recipient. They were not helpful when contacted by phone and created more chaos. Will not use again and will advise others not to use."

"Flowers are beautiful but call8ng in a special occasion small 3 main flowers really petite but the one and only thing that I really made sure to be clear on is WHITE main flower. They said OK and here's what they did. Beautiful but far to big, no white and not at all easy for someone with any smaller hands than me to comfortably carry one handed (hence patite) so I'm torn on this review."
