"For the first time staying at a hotel with its own personality (granted, I don't travel too often). It is a standout with its unique rustic and verdant decor. The thoughtful integration of plants, wooden textures, and local market produce gives the hotel a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms extend this inviting theme, combining comfort and style with breathtaking city views. The flexible breakfast schedule until 2 pm (genius!) is a thoughtful touch, accommodating all types of travelers. Based on the distinctive personality and exceptional service, and location, I'll definitely stay here again."

"Was promised a king suite which is what I got….what they don’t tell you is that the room barely has any windows. It’s super dark and very uninviting. The service is atrocious, they really need to hire people that know how to put a smile on their face and talk with respect. The staff looks completely fed up ! The hotel is truly beautiful and really encompasses a “boho” laid back vibe. A good location but only if you’re into the night life. If you want something more laid back, stay In Beverly Hills and not WEHO"

"Hotel that makes the memory perfect in Los Angeles. The surroundings of the interior were all satisfying. However! The female staff (shoulder-length straight hair) who checked out around 6am on Feb. 12th is an exception. She had an attitude that didn't go with this hotel at all.(probably wouldn't feel it if you weren't Asian) I'm thinking of visiting this hotel anytime, but if you have this staff, NEVER! It's enough to make the pleasant experience there the worst."

"Will, our concierge, was the first person to greet us at 1 Hotel after our 14 hour flight from Sydney to LA. He made us feel at home and at ease straight away. EVERY staff member we interacted with (valet, breakfast, house keeping, front desk) were exactly the same as Will, and that is, kind, courteous and willing to do whatever they could over our 4 night stay to make it as relaxing and pleasant as possible. Our connecting rooms, 1001 and 1002, were spectacular. So clean and comfortable and just a great space to relax and look forward to coming home too after our days adventures. We and the kids loved it. The hotel lobby, courtyard gardens, and pool deck were just so nicely arranged, especially with all the Christmas lights and decorations!, it was truly hard to believe we were in the middle of West Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. What an amazing hotel experience. Thank you to all the team at 1 Hotel for making our first leg of our US trip a truly memorable one. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"I've stayed at many high end hotels and I was genuinely impressed with 1 hotel west. The ambiance is fantastic - very modern and boho style. This place is all about the little details everything down to the shampoo, hand soap, slippers, were all well thought out and nicer than your typical hotel. They had a basket of fruit available to guests daily which was a nice touch. The location is also ideal since it's in the nicer part of town so it's safe to walk around. Also, there's a decent selection of fun bars in a walkable radius. Yes, like some have mentioned, the parking fee is on the higher side but this is a true 5 star hotel and not necessarily a place you should stay at if you're trying to nickel and dime, just my opinion."
