"My sister and I were in Mozart's yesterday which was Monday the 11th of March. We were really enjoying ourselves until we asked one of the staff members for help and she just acted like do-it-yourself. Not helpful. We walked out. Didn't buy anything. Probably won't come back. What's wrong with these people? I really hate to write this, but if you don't want to be nice and helpful then why do they hire those kind of people?"
