"The cashier named Jose laughed at me and called me grumpy for asking if a holiday item I wanted was marked down correctly. Then I watched him have a conversation with the manager about her hair instead of asking for her to look up the price on my item. Terrible customer service. He tried canceling my order after I paid and I had to tell him three times that I didn't want a bag. Terrible."

"Be very careful here , an old Chinese couple man and lady wearing mask pretending like customers slashed my shoulder bag . they are super good i just felt the old lady bumped her shopping cart behind me but when i look at her she did not say anything , but since she’s old i managed to not get mad at her , i thought they left but they were both around me and never left but not looking for any clothes. I was in the active womens clothes area , when i got home , this is what happened to my newly purchased purse . It was slashed but only the one side , it’s a very quality purse. I will call the manager tomorrow and will request of camera footage ."
