"THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED FOR LUNCH! Are you kidding! Everyone needs a lunch break. But most businesses stagger the lunches so someone is always there to help customers. On top of that, the people are just rude in that pharmacy. This is the last straw. I am going somewhere else for my pharmacy needs."
"Rude customer service, especially the lady behind desk, not welcoming, has rude attitude and talks to you with no respect at all. Definitely not welcoming and always puts phone calls ok hold and never pick up. Definitely not filling my prescriptions here. Asked to speak to the manager sadly the person who was rude and disrespectful was the manager."

"I went to store #10919 on Thursday, August 4th 2023 to load money onto my Green Dot Bank/Walmart Money Card. Normally I drive the extra few miles to Walmart, due to the slow and indifferent nature of the service in this location. My transaction was declined and I was given no reason, nor was any effort made to understand why the transaction was declined. I informed the cashier that I had loaded the card at that location on past occasions, apparently my words did not warrant a response, as she made no acknowledgement of my words. Due to my already having handed over the cash a manager had to assist. The manager did not have time to make eye contact with me, nor did he make an effort to speak to me. After he handed the money to the cashier, he did say to her "It must be a conflict of interest". I attempted to tell him I had in fact loaded money onto the same card at that location, but he made no effort to hear me. Not once did I hear an apology or any sense of concern as to why my card was declined. I have come to expect poor service at any CVS location I visit, yet the indifference I experienced this time around was quite the surprise. Lastly, within twenty four hours there were two unauthorized charged made to my debit card. I do not know if this was the result of my card being scanned at CVS, but I unfortunately have to say if it in fact was, it would have to be the most pleasant part of the overall experience."
"They NEVER answer their phone. They get refills wrong. Service is nothing special. Switching back to Costco, which is unfortunate because CVS is so much closer, but Costco has more reliable service and is cheaper. Can't tell if the staff are lazy or if they are just understaffed all the time."
