"The fat, cashier let me wait, and wait, and wait, at 10pm, after back to my car,it's 10:20pm, he don't like me ,anyone ,anything about his job, he looks mean,and hates his job.he don't want to help anyone."

"I went here earlier today (11/16/23) and was served at the cash register by a lady named Susan, she was beyond helpful, very friendly and really went out of her way to help me and my niece and even offered assistance to get my 3 yr old nephew with getting his new toy out of the box and in his little hands as swiftly as possible!! I wish all customer service workers were as great as she was!!"

"Poor service, poor trained staff, longer waiting times! I came here first time for my 3rd dose of Pfizer vaccine. I waited almost one hour for my pre scheduled appointment, since they allowed a lot of walk in for questions and Flu vaccines, mingle with Co-Vid vaccines. The 2nd time, I had to come here to pick up my medication. It looked like a chaos at the pharmacy windows. For a simple pick-up, some people spent almost half an hour and occupied the only 2 windows. One old lady tried to argue and complain about the medication was short of pills. She refused to leave the window but made a lot of phone calls at the window. When my turn came, the male stuff didn't know how to find my information and stated the computer was not set up right... The 3rd time when I had to come to pick up my medication again, it was another worst nightmare! I used my credit card to pay for the bill and it went through. Since I have had so many terrible experiences with CVS in this Specific Location, so I asked the female staff: Tran: " Can I set up a mail delivery service today?" She said: yes, then she started to play into the computer. Later, she told me:" The computer didn't accept your credit card ". "Did I just use this same card to pay my medication? I will give you another debit card regardless. " "No, the computer will not accept this card neither ". I told her:" Can you ask some body for help? Do you have a Manager or Supervisor?" She went to find a higher person reluctantly. Finally, another woman came and used the computer instead. " It went through. I am sorry. " I looked behind me, since staff: Tran took almost 20 minutes for something she didn't know how to do, but accused me to have bad cards and refused to get help, she was wasting my time and all the 8 customers behind me in the line! This was a very poor service and no basic training staff and wasting many customer's time! I usually don't like to raise my voice when I asked for help. However, in this pharmacy, you do need to stand up for yourself and ask for the Manager in a very firm of voice!"
