"My finance and I had plans to travel out of town for a week for the holidays, and while we wanted to send them to our usual boarder we were apprehensive of the canine respiratory virus going around so we hired VPS. We were a bit nervous at first because we had never hired an in-home pet sitter before, but after our initial meet and greet with Star and Asal my nerves were instantly put at ease. While we were out of town both Star and Asal (and Scarlet, who covered for one of them) left very detailed notes about each visit and wonderful pictures of our two girls. Having the ability to read how each visit went, as well as seeing where they walked in the neighborhood, was a huge help as we missed our girls very much. They clearly put a ton of care into their services and made us feel very well taken care of. We’ll definitely be hiring VPS again in the future! Thanks so much!"

"I've been using their services for many years and they've always done great work. They take good care of my two cats, and I really appreciate that they send me a report for every visit including photos and notes of what they did, any problems they noticed, etc. Even after I moved from Northridge to Simi Valley, I've still used their services, paying just a small fee for the out of range service. Their rates are reasonable and they are very responsible about making sure they have up-to-date information about your pets and their diet needs and so on. Would absolutely recommend VPS!"

"Valley pet sitting is a pet service I trust. We have tried to use Wag and Rover before with inconsistent experiences. It was always great or terrible, leaving us anxious with the unknown of what kind of person would be walking our dog/ be in our home. Valley pet sitting removes that stress with always available, wonderful, coordinators, the best walkers that you build a relationship with (not someone different every time), and a thorough app that has a learning curve but once you get it, it’s great. We would be lost without VPS! I just wish they had an overnight house/pet sitting option."

"As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!"
