"I had a “mom brain” moment and came in 2 days early for my appointment. My advisor was not only able to fit me in but did so timely. Wonderful service! The waiting room was great as well, while my small children are not into HGTV, I sure was, and the build-in tables were useful for my kids to be mostly quiet and still while glued to their devices. I liked the selections of snacks available for purchase. And shout out to the receptionist who was kind enough to locate my son’s water bottle that we left behind and keep it at her desk for us. Overall, this was a great experience with fantastic and kind staff."

"James my advisor was great. I did notice a nick on the face of one of my alloy wheels that was not there before after tire rotation. I noticed a scratch on my drivers side rear tail light that was not there before. In general I noticed water spots on windows and body of car that were not there before. This was probably after the Cadillac Car Wash."
