"Dr Shah is a decent doctor in person and a not-so-good one when it comes to communicating over the phone to schedule appointments, answer questions etc. Dr Shah lashed out at me when I called him to get clarification on a medication, which was totally unexpected. I could sense his frustration on prior calls but I always gave him the benefit of doubt. But to lose your cool as a doctor for such a small thing is unacceptable and unprofessional He needs to hire an office assistant as handling patient calls and administrative tasks is clearly something he's possibly overwhelmed with. Going to look for a new PCP"
