"I had the privilege of working at Change With ABA over the last couple years. Pooja has been a phenomenal boss, and there are not enough words to express how grateful I am for her leadership and compassionate nature. She has always went above and beyond to work with me and my schedule. She is one of the best employers I have ever had, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company as a great place to work. It is very evident that Pooja cares about her staff and clients. She made it clear that she appreciated and valued me, not only as an employee, but as a human. Some bosses only care about their bottom line, and what you can give them, but Pooja genuinely cares for her staff. I have worked at other ABA companies before coming here, and those experiences made me want to leave the field. When I came across Change With ABA, Pooja encouraged me to pursue this as a career, and her passion made me want to stick with it and finish my education. Though I have recently taken employment elsewhere in a different field, I will always be thrilled to recommend others use this company for both employment, as well as ABA therapy. If you want a boss that genuinely works with you, pays well, is patient, and makes working with them a pleasure, then Pooja is your go to. If you are looking for an ABA company that will care for your kids and invest all they can into helping your children thrive, look no further than Change With ABA. I highly recommend this employer and ABA company!!!"
"When my grandson , first started the center, he didn’t talk! The team is awesome, the center is immaculate. The lady that runs the place is wonderful I don’t have. I cannot stop saying good things about these people. My grandson has grown by leaps and bounds. It is amazing. They are awesome awesome awesome people and I love them."
"Just started a week ago, and everyone on my son’s team is above and beyond! They are so accommodating & respectful! My child loves it here! I am so glad I found this place"
"It’s been about 6 months now, and I truly feel that Change with Aba has benefited my child and family. My son is 5 years old and has been attending weekly sessions with Pooja. He absolutely loves his therapist and he is always so excited for the fun learning environment. He loves all the playrooms they have, and I’m so happy he enjoys coming here. One thing I do wish, is that they will open a 2nd center closer to me. We have to drive about 45 minutes here, but its worth it :)"
"My 1 star review is for a couple reasons. 1. My son had Sylvia at least once a week. 1 week my son was dropped off and as the door was closing my son started to cry, and she stated "your already starting with this" super unprofessional and I didn't even feel comfortable bringing this up with pooja or stephanie from the front desk because I didn't want my child to start receiving different treatment. 2. Dayanara informed me she would set up a parent training via email. I never received an email from her so after about 2 weeks I mentioned it to Stephanie and she said she would let Day know. I also emailed her and she emailed me back. On a different occasion Dayanara stated she would set up our second parent training and tried arguing with my husband that she had the correct email. And the Front Stephanie had stated my email was missing numbers. Dayanara didn't apologize nor acknowledge that she had the incorrect email. 3. Stephanie the therapist was great. My son loved her, one day she quit and I was told they were short handed and we would have to keep my son home for about 1 week and I would be given a call back when they had a new therapist ready for my son. After our second parent meeting Dayanara stated stephany would be contacting us that week to get my son back in the center. But there was 0 communication from the center about what was going on so after 3 weeks I decided it was in my sons best interest to find a center that would better accommodate us. I sent an email to pooja stating I was taking my son out because we want my child to reach his goals. And there was no urgency to get him back in. And her response was "I respect your decision. Getting ****** support has been a priority for us and the reason you did not see urgency is because you don't get to see all the work and training required from our side to pair him with the right therapist given the nature of his behaviors. He does not benefit from any new therapist and he does not respond to new changes so we wanted to be very careful that we don't just add anyone and then change them later, that does way more damage than support in the. long run - given our experience and the concerns shared both at home and observed at the center, we wanted to pair him up with a supervisor level BT. Day was going to email you tomorrow to have him started on Monday. It's unfortunate but I respect your decision and accept the withdrawal." I don't understand how it took me emailing them for minimum communication. On top of that, this message felt very degrading. I decided not to respond, I was not even going to leave a review but I received a claim form in the mail. My insurance was billed from March 1st to March 14th and my son has not attended since February 16. I had to call my insurance just to get this resolved. I would never recommend anyone to come here. *Please consider Poojas response when thinking about sending your child here. I simply wanted to leave my experience for others to know and once again she is making excuses for there lack of accountability and communication. I did not come on here to receive an argumentative response. A simple "I am sorry you feel that way" would have sufficed."
