"Pharmacy on 4/26/23 at approximately 4:30PM, the female phone staff who doesn't seem intelligent enough to actually be a pharmacist was extremely discourteous and bothered by the time I called. She was not helpful or cooperative. I castigated her and she had the nerve to call me back and tell me not to come into the pharmacy or use them again. I'll be there every day. Since you are so smart, let your boss know who you dealt with on the phone today sweetie. Be sure to have me trespassed from your store and let my SSDI advocate know how easily I am triggered by rude people such as yourself, in SF."

"They don't come to get things that are locked up when you call them but will run to follow someone that falls into their definition of a thief. The cashier was more concerned about what someone stole and was not listening when I kept telling her if she was open as a cashier"

"Bad management team don't care if rxs back up/not, they not doing anything on back pharmacy except talking, no wonder staff members are quitting their job, they short staffs all time, I think nobody wants to work at this store. I heard pharmacy manager not even verifying rxs that's why they got 2000rxs back up or often got rxs back up, this store always need help because team management doesn't know how to work, they only know how to talk and slack. Store manager also never answer customers questions or provide customer services, he seems hiding in back, not doing anything, have a happy life, other thing I agree with other review that some people have to wait longer, Racism and Communism, store manager & pharmacy manager careless, even though if only antibiotic & patients need it urgently if they don't want fill it, they won't."

"This is truly the worst pharmacy ever. The chronic understaffing and completely unacceptable wait times, both in person and on the phone, are just another example of corporations leaving impoverished and underrepresented communities out to dry. I recently called to find out the status of a prescription i had run out of, only to be hung up on twice after waiting on hold over and hour both times. When i went to the store, in waited in line 30 minutes before the pharmacist told me they were 2,000 prescriptions behind. Then he offered to fill mine if I waited 20 minutes, even though I hadn't been notified it was ready. Multiple people in line in front of me had been told it would be 20-30 minutes even though they had been notified that their prescription was ready. I was one of 2 or 3 white men in a line of 15 or more people. I left and got my prescription filled elsewhere. If I could give this place negative stars, I would."
