"I started working with Dr. Mac after a very negative hospitalization experience. I met with Dr. Mac shortly after being discharged and he quickly provided medication advisement that made a huge difference in my recovery. While working with him he was always quick to reply to my emails, flexible in setting up times to see me, and intuitive about the type of care I needed in an appointment (whether it be to focus on my medicines, take more of a therapy approach, or a mix of both). I really appreciated knowing I could count of him to answer questions over the weekend and after hours. I never had any trouble getting in contact with him.
