"Possibly the greatest store I ever been to because they had the one item I was going insane to get my girlfriend for her birthday that no other store not even frank n sons had. I gave this store a try and the staff was very nice ! I even asked the guy if he can hand my girl her gift and say happy birthday and he was more than happy to! Will definitely return some day if I need something.. thank u"

"Went in with my kid hoping to get a nice toy since it seemed they had a nice selection of them. Quickly I realized we were being followed by a worker. If we were in one isle, he'd be across looking at us. Later after looking through their selection, I noticed a female person looking at toys next to us. We moved on and noticed she kept moving toward our direction still looking at toys. Then I realized she was also following and looking at us. When we were leaving, they both started talking to each other so it was obvious what was going on. Note to the owner: Just have your family members or employees watch customers through the cameras because what these 2 were doing made me not want to buy anything. And I for sure won't come back. Based on other reviews that I just now read, it seems like its a normal business practice for you."

"Awesome variety of toys, both name brand and otherwise. However, for a store with "Optimus" in its name and Optimus Prime imagery at the entrance, they have a shockingly sparse Transformers action figure selection. There were maybe 2 "Mega Mighties" Rescue Bots models there, a few scout and core class models (Shadow Strike and Dracodon) and a few other War for Cybertron toys. If you're looking for Transformers, this is not the place. On the other hand, half of the store's longest wall devoted is to board games for all ages, obscure and mainstream. Their selection of board games is very well rounded and comparable to Barnes & Noble."

"Couldn't enter the store because we didn't have masks. Every other store I went to I didn't have this problem and masks are optional. In fact, the mall doesn't require masks and the county doesn't have a mandate requiring everyone to wear masks. I don't care to spend money on a place that virtue signals. We took our business elsewhere."
