"Don't ask for help here, their employees know nothing about the merchandise and are not helpful in anyway when it comes to figuring things out. I asked a woman at the register if she knew the dimensions to the black foam boards. She said no and that it should be on the label. I told her it was not. Then I went to ask if she had a measuring tape, she does not have that either. She then continued to tell me that she only sells the merchandise, implying that she knows nothing about it nor should she. It's amazing how a place that sells measuring tapes for $.99 does not own one themselves. This is not the first time I've had an issue with their employees and their lack of knowledge or effort to work in the store. Overall I feel that there employees need to be trained better in customer service and that they should also be provided with any equipment they may need to do their job properly."
