"The Quill has turned into my go-to stop to find a lovely gifts whether it is a hostess gift or a birthday present. The store is full of beautiful collections ranging from the Nest New York to Rifle Paper Co. There is even a section that displays cards made by local artists of local scenery. The very nice ladies at the counter could tell my arms were getting full and took the items from my arms to behind the counter so I could keep shopping in comfort. They also informed me that we can make appointments for custom birthday party invites. Truly a one-stop-shop for all types of parties and events!"

"I was really upset with the service we encountered. My little daughter was holding a stuffed animal she wanted us to purchase as a child usually does. My wife was holding items she was going to purchase. The employee then went up to my wife and put her hands out in jester to put those items behind the cash register for her. My daughter came up to me and asked why did the lady only ask mom that. There were two other ladies in the store that were also carrying items and she didn't ask them. The lady then said across the room is your child going to be purchasing the stuffed animal. We did purchase a few items then asked for a refund. I also asked for a refund on something I just purchased. I never been treated like a theif before by my color of skin. I guess there is a first for everything. I just am more hurt that my daughter had to see first hand at such a young age. It's sad that this happened on Mother's Day with my wife, kids, and my mom. I took a while to get over what just happened and then we had to explain to my daughter about the behavior of some people and to remember not everyone is like that."

"Stephanie helped me stay in budget and get the look and feel I wanted with my wedding invitations. She communicated with me every step of the way and was the go between for me and my vendors. Stephanie also had many thoughtful and relevant suggestions to use the paper and colors I wanted, helping use tools I wouldn't have considered without her."

"This place has beautiful cards and stationary but the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will Never Ever go back to that store. The woman that helped me said her name was Alicia. She is Extremely Rude and Unprofessional. Because of my encounter with her I am writing this review. I wanted to put a few boxes of cards on hold and she gave me a very hard time about that. When I returned about 20 minutes later, the cards were put back on the shelf and claimed she had never seen me before. She had a horrific attitude both times I went back to the store. I complained about her to the owner but probably nothing will come of it. I would never recommend anyone shop here. I work in customer service as well, and no matter what kind of day you’re having, you treat people kindly and with respect. This is a card store selling sentimental keepsakes and all I bought that day were cards with bad memories attached to them. There is a great card store in the cross roads in Carmel. From now on I will shop there for my sentimental needs. It is not alright to treat customers like I was treated that day. Nov of 22."
