"I started this journey as an adult male who was very anxious in getting help for my mental disorder, which I either didn't know I had or denied having. Dr.Aggerwal was very patient and understanding in helping get diagnosed with what I have and getting treated both with medications and other positive reinforcements. I am luck to have given in and trying this out just to see what came of it. I am lucky in that I started this journey well before the covid years.
