"I am writing this review about Nita Paintal, M.D, in her capacity of Director of Psychiatric Centers of San Diego. This organization is extremely understaffed, poorly run and the people that work there range from rude to robotic. They don't seem to have any empathy for patients and when you try to get the service you're entitled to, you are attacked and hung up. They don't listen, they make wild assumptions and don't give you the chance to explain. This is extremely ironic considering they are supposed to be a psychiatric center. In her capacity as a director, Nita Paintal, M.D needs to address these issues, train her staff and hire the people needed to meet the demands of her patients."
