"Dr. Patel is an excellent psychiatrist but his wife works the front desk and she looks down on patients with less financial resources, she lacks Compassion. She is the reason why my disabled son is hesitant to go see Dr. Patel, she scares him. It's not a good idea to have spouses working for us."

"First, Dr. Patel's wife is lacking in her ability to have what I feel is a acceptable interaction with the patients who are coming there to get help. She is a major deterrent. The office blowing off appointments, not calling patients back, and general attitudes are quite disheartening. I would never recommend this office to anyone who is serious about their mental health."

"My husband, who used to be a Registered Nurse, stated that his intake assessment with Dr Patel, which lasted a full hour, was very thorough and clinically comprehensive. He also found Dr Patel to be very personable, friendly and relatable. The front staff was efficient and accommodating to a small issue, (not of the offices doing) which arose. He's a great Dr and it's no wonder we had to initially wait a bit to be seen as a new patient."

"My husband made his appointment 2 months ago. He took 4 hours off of work because their latest new patient appointment is 1 pm, which seems highly inconvenient for most people. When my husband arrived he was informed that our insurance does not cover Mental Health, which seems odd because I know it cover psychologists. Obviously they can't do anything about what is covered under our plan or not, but they could have gotten the insurance verification prior to my husband's appointment, rather than wasting his time and costing him work hours."
