"This practice seems shady at best. The first red flag was that the fact that THE DOCTOR answered the phone rather than an office technician. What type of professional business lacks staff for booking appointments and clerical work? Another red flag I immediately noticed was this doctor's need to elevate his reviews. Like, why is it necessary to talk yourself up if you already know your practice is respectable? It was very noticeable that he focused the beginning of our conversation on my occupation (likely to find out how much I make) and started to flatter me when he heard a desirable answer. He was in such a rush to see me the same day and specified that he only works out-of-pocket. What kind of person takes NO insurance and charges such high rates? I'll go with my gut and say I dodged a bullet with this one. This guy seems predatory towards people with money. He didn't even bother to email me after I said I needed to check my schedule before booking an appointment. If he wants a more positive review, I suggest a change of heart for him and a better communication strategy."
