He ended our appointment after 10min by yelling over me and stating he will personally call my insurance to remove me from his office. "I recently had a video call with Dr.Chundu regarding an issue of mental health after being referred to him by my primary doctor. Not only was he rude, but he made me feel like I was a burden to him for seeking help. After finishing my evaluation, he lectured me on what kind of doctor he is and why he would not prescribe me medication ( even though I didn’t even ask him to) and that if I didn’t like it I should “go find another doctor.” He didn’t offer any alternatives to medication and when I asked him what exactly was the point of this visit seeing as I got zero help he said” I don’t know” and we ended the call from there. I feel like I was just robbed for my co-pay and berated for 40 min. I’ve always had trouble seeking help for my condition and when I finally gather the courage this is how my visit went. I guess I’ll just suppress it like I’m used to, thanks Dr.Chundu!"
