"First time going into this Ross location. Wasn't very pleased with stopping here. Walked around and didn't notice not 1 employee walking around in case you needed help with something. The girl at the dressing room location didn't seem happy to be at work today. I feel customer service is a big one for me. The store is also very messy and hard to walk around in even with their smaller store carts. Did end up purchasing a couple items just because I was already there."
