"It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next. I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience. "I enjoy shopping at JcPenny. The store is well organized and they offer affordable prices for clothing I enjoy wearing. The only down side to this is that when the store is busy, you will find yourself waiting in line for quite sometime. I’m not sure if it’s because of the lack of people they have on registers or simply a lengthy process that JcPenny has its register clerks go through. However, when it does get to be your turn the staff is usually super friendly."

"I stopped by JCPenney to basically look for a slim fit dress shirt since I was burning time at the mall. I was surprise that they finally open the 2nd floor gate on the other side of the mall because the last couple of times I walk by the store, the gate was always closed. The men suit area is not really welcoming because it is dark compared to the other locations throughout the store. I didn't see many JCPenney employees when I was walking around the store and I went to both floors. They have a 3rd floor too but I didn't go up there. I didn't buy anything here because the price was kind of high in my opinion, I can't recall when was the last time I brought something from JCPenney."

"Great deals. This week it was on Home and Bedding so newcurtains! Ordered online and had them shipped to the store for a no fee pickup. Received notification that the order was ready and easy curbside pickup on the 4th floor where there is designated parking. Received the order within minutes. Use the JCP APP and get notification of their coupons, deals and specials. I've never had a problem and if I'm not satisfied I return it immediately without a problem. Team members always helpful, courteous and friendly."
