"Robert is a very thoughtful therapist. I worked with him on mindfulness, and relationship issues I was having. He provides helpful feedback and saw different dimensions of my issues and provided gentle course correction if I was spiraling down or focusing on one negative aspect. He really helped me. The biggest advice I would see anyone who is seeing a therapist would be to practice mindfulness outside of our sessions. I did notice a tendency within myself to do all my work once I got to the session. It took time to start focusing on lessons I learned with Robert outside of the session. I think that Robert could be a little more direct about this as being part of the work, but that would be the only negative aspect. I don’t know the range of budgets he can accommodate, but he does work on a sliding scale. If you need help don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m sure he would be fine providing you with other options."
