"Services are great. Everyone work there are so nice and helpful. I went there only if I have to return something from Amazon. Everytime I step inside there, I feel please."

"Used to come to this place because it offered seemless amazon return experience and had good stuff to browse/buy. Now I’ve had to come 4 times in a row to always find out that their amazon return counter is “temporarily closed”, even if I arrived 3hrs before closing time. As per policy, the returns must be accepted during store hours. It is highly disrespectful and annoying for customers to spare out time to come return stuff and not be able to complete it because some staff member called it a day early. Will not come back."

"The male wearing a blue shirt working at cash register #2 at approximately 2:00 pm today 10/22/23 was extremely rude to me when I came to get the security tag removed off my sweater that I purchased the day before because they forgot to remove it. Did not catch his name because he made me feel so uncomfortable so I exited out of the store immediately. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning to this kohls. Hope someone sends him to take some customer service classes because the way he treats people, I really don’t know how he got hired in the first place."
