"Would give this place a zero star if I could. Called this "emergency " clinic because I felt my cat was sick and dying and they told me they weren't receiving anyone at this time to try Modesto or Sacramento which are an hr away from me. Hope my cat survives the night"
"They must have new Doctors from when I was here some years ago. Recently went in with my puppy after she ate a bee. We waited over 2 hours in the parking lot to be seen. They didn't allow us to go in with her. Staff was very short with us, we felt very rushed. When they were done, the Dr came out and told us our puppy is very aggressive !?! We adopted her at 8 weeks old, she had been nothing but friendly and happy towards everyone! I believe they mishandled her while rushing with her, now she is so afraid of new people. And it really did start after this visit with this clinic. Thanks for traumatizing my puppy. It breaks my heart to see her so afraid of other people now. We're slowly working with a trainer to help her gain the confidence back. Never will I visit this clinic again, or recommend it to anybody!"
"Caring staff! Great service on this devastating evening for our family."
"We were made to wait in the car for four hours with a dying cat. We called ahead and were told to come in for a curbside service where they would have papers ready, take our cat in to hook up IV, and send us in to be there to say goodbye and move forward with euthanasia. When the papers were brought out to us we were told “there’s a bit of a wait.” That was an extreme understatement. We waited four hours with our elderly cat going through liver failure in the car. After multiple phone calls to the lobby, hours of watching our baby suffer and an explanation that there is only a single vet working, we were finally brought in around midnight. Had I been aware that this place has a single vet and that the wait would be longer than any other place I’ve ever been to, I would have driven the extra 45 minutes to Sacramento. If you have a real emergency requiring quick action, this is not the place. Multiple other people were waiting just as long. Many of them left before they could receive care due to the wait. And if anyone from the clinic reads this, you should keep in mind that constantly using the words “the body” when asking what the owners would like to do with their pet after euthanasia is insensitive. Emotions are extremely high in such a circumstance. Try using the words “him” or “her” next time."
"This is a really good vet. The doctor explained everything really well to me. They were all so kind and really helpful."
