"Used to be really awesome til the new NP took over. She just doesn’t act like she cares about her patients. At first the new NP was great but then it stopped. They rush you an if you try to tell them everything that’s wrong, she says make other appointments for your issues. I came in extremely sick one day. Was treated horribly by one of the nurses. Kept telling her I felt like passing out. She had a bad attitude and didn’t show sympathy. Then the NP came in an rushed. I really feel like this office is going to fail. Especially treating clients like just $$ signs. I changed Dr offices because you won’t get the right care here. Pretty sad."

"I had to come to this office after my primary doctor retired some years ago. I have only seen the nurse practitioner and I am content with the service. I cannot say the same about the front desk personel. I am schedule for surgery and did all the exams required by the surgeon. I just found out that my primary doctor has not yet send the clearance and akg report. I called and the are trying to blame responsibility on one another as to why these have not been sent. I finally talked to a person which was no better than anyone else and she asked if my doctor had requested those yet. If they got que paper work requeating that exam doesn't that mean they would need the resoults as well? She also wanted to know who did the exam and said that person should have sent them. Very unpleasant to deal with. Woman at front never been friendly but never had to deal with anyone else in that office. Will have to find me a new doctor."

"I have been going to this Dr office since I was a child now I'm 38 have never had any problems tell today I have been pretty sick for about 2 weeks now I made my appointment 1 week ago not to happy with the weeks wait but not a big deal anyways my sinus infection has been getting the best of me and today was finally my appointment I arrived at the office about 8 min past my appointment ( im sick no energy had to drag myself down there) time and you have to park in back so the walk up to the office took a couple minutes I arrived in the office 10 min late and the lady at the front said they could not see me because I was 11 min late i thought she was joking but was very serious I looked around in waiting room no one was waiting I had to wait a week for this appointment not t mentioned the last visit I had here I was 10 min early and waited 45 min to be seen I came to the conclusion this office and staff are more eager to send patients away sick then to try and help them I will not be returning to this office nor will my wife or 5 children I strongly recommend finding another family physician to any one reading this the staff are rude and they can never see you same day Update same day found a Dr in Temecula WHAT will see me what TODAY the same day so far so good will leave another review with my experience with this Dr trainh"
