"I had two telephone appointments - the first time he was 2 hours late to call me and when he finally called me he spent approximately 15 minutes asking just general questions not specific to the reason for my appointment. When he finished he just told me to do nothing regarding my health concerns (high blood prolactin concentration) - just do another blood test in two months and have a follow-up appointment. Charges for this "service" - $200. Instead of just waiting and doing nothing, I did online research and started taking recommended supplements including Kelp and Thyroid gummies. After two months my blood test showed a normal prolactin level. The next telephone visit lasted 30 seconds or so and he just told me all is normal and good. Make a follow-up appointment. The charge for this "service" $200. Communicating with me on both calls he was very arrogant. Both telephone visits (only available) were total waste of my time and money."
