"I found him to be not caring and was dismissive of my issues. Said i was too young to be having those issues. He was rushed and not thorough like he wanted to end my appointment asap..which was all in all no more than 5 mins. You wait 3 weeks for an appointment and your doctor wants to get you out the door right away, only to see his shoes and belt with loud Gucci logo. You're just $$, find another doctor."

"I had an appointment and tried calling to confirm the location since I never got a confirmation txt or email but they never answer! I ended up going to the murrieta location which was the wrong one they told me it was the Menifee one and that they were gonna call them for me to let them know I was on my way. My appointment was at 9:30 and get there at 9:45 they check me in and have me do paperwork all for the nurse practitioner to cancel my appointment saying I didn’t make the 15 min grace period. I waited a whole month for this appointment, very disappointing and frustrating."

"Worst office staff I have ever dealt with. Avoid this practice at all costs. They will take copays when they are not due (like well woman checkups) and when called on it will find excuses to not pay you back. I was seen for a well woman visit in June and charged a $25 copay even after I questioned the front desk woman about it. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I get a bill from Quest in the mail for my Pap Smear. Why? Because they coded my visit as a regular office visit. When I questioned Jayme the office manager about this, oh well its not a well woman because you discussed your cholesterol. NO I did not - I asked for lab orders to redo my bloodwork like Nicole the NP had requested after my last results came back abnormal. No discussion took place. After many emails back and forth, they still refused to submit it properly to my insurance. I have found a new doctor for my family's medical needs. I also only saw the NP once - all other visits were done by interns. I don't go to the doctor to only see an intern. Also, my husband was basically turned away at a follow-up visit by Atiga because he didn't get bloodwork done. He was there to discuss a mental health issue! But they were happy to collect his $25 copay."

"I am so pleased to have found Nicole and Elvira here in this clinic! I am so happy with the attention to my entire family!!! Kids, husband and grandparents because I chose to have everyone be seen here with Nicole every time we schedule an appointment. Elvira is so sweet and helpful!!! She makes sure to always!! Always find the answer to what we need!!! Always so kind to my grandparents who are everything to me and it means so much that they care for them!! I recommend Nicole and Elvira!!! I am not sure why this clinic has so little stars because I am a very picky person and I can tell you they are great!!!! Don’t judge everyone here! Not everyone is like Dr Atiga. I don’t deal with him at all, didn’t like the way he talked to patients or how he told my son who was a minor at that time “you are old enough to decided if you want the flu shot!” Amm nope!! His my son and I decide. So that was the last time I dealt with him!! Ask for Nicole!! Always!!!"

"This office just rubs me the wrong way. I don't get a comfortable feeling with the Doctors or Nurses. The office staff comes across unprofessional and not very caring or helpful. Two times now, I have made appointments for a Pap smear and have come in to find out it was just a regular physical. It's ridiculous. So I have to reschedule, again! I was seen yesterday by a new intern, when I had requested a specific doctor at the time of my appointment. I was okay with it, she seemed nice... it was such a basic unfulfilling conversation, and I told her my thoughts about depression etc. She agreed, she told me she called had called in a new specific prescription to my pharmacy. However the next day I called my pharmacy to see if it was ready and they had no record of it. I just always have issues with this practice. Dr. Rolando Atiga was actually quite rude to me at my very first appointment a few years back. He came across very arrogant. Once I get my new insurance, I'm switching.I do not recommend.I just started a new job and my insurance kicks in on June 1. And I hate to say this but I have medi-cal at the moment and I feel that's the reason I'm not treated well."
