"I really like the doctor but the staff isn't that great. They seem to never be able to answer the phone. In order to come into the office you need to call the office. They do not answer until maybe the 10th call and when they do it takes them another 10 mins to answer the door. Only reason I bring my child here is for the doctor but at this point, I'm going to be looking elsewhere"

"When relying on a Doctor in the time of need is so important. This clinic did not accommodate a walk as the MA said, we have along list of pts. that are really sick. The only appointment is till Friday in which by then my son would most likely need to go into the ER. I highly recommend you look for another location this can happen to you, also the Doctor is inexperienced on a different occasion he could have gave my son a prescription for an antivirus medication but said his body can fight it off. I understand viruses can’t be cured with antibiotic but there are antivirus medications. Really disappointing!!!!!!"
