"Dr Pang has been my sons doctor for 8 years. Before I showed up for my sons well visit I received a call for a visit reminder, asking for all my information for insurance purchases (they claimed). The call was from out of country. When I walked in, I found out the Dr Rayne pang doesnt own this place anymore. Some random doctor offered to do my sons physical, that I declined. The office lied when they called in the morning that I have an appointment with dr Pang. They didnot even inform me that I will be seeing another Doctor. The doctor herself , knows nothing saying she is just an employee. Dr pang patients should know that there will be another doctor they will be seeing. I would have researched her if they would have informed me. But now I will find another doctor. Will surely miss Dr Pang."

"My family has been seeing Dr. Pang for over 3 years, but he recently changed his billing policies after joining another organization. Typically, this would be fine, but no notice was given to us beforehand and we were greeted with a $150 gatekeeper charge when we brought my child in for a sudden illness. Nothing like a physician trying to take advantage of worried parents, right? Dr. Pang is a wonderful physician, but I find this type of business practice is completely unethical and will no longer be visiting Dr. Pang."

"We met Dr. Pang at my son’s hospital when we delivered him. We were happy with Dr. Pang for the first year or so. He’s usually nice and chatty. However, This recent year hasn’t been his best. I feel like he’s over worked. Today, I took my daughter in for her annual check up. After some measures, first he told me she’s almost over weight. Then after checking her heart rate and her belly, he told me right in front of her that she’s “ chubby”. She’s 5 years old and in no world considered “ chubby”. I was very surprised! Both my husband and I thought our kids don’t eat enough. I asked him how is that possible by just looking at them. He said he’s just going off BMI numbers. Didn’t even consider that maybe the measurements were off. I went home and measured them myself and sure enough both of my kids are in healthy range weight. I just hope that my daughter’s future self image is not damaged by her doctor calling her “ chubby” at 5 years old when she’s a perfectly healthy vibrant little girl. After this time, we are changing pediatrician for sure."
