"Very displeased with this store. They gave my pick up order away without me telling them I was on my way through the app. I have called this store 10x and they do not answer their phones in ANY department. So not only are they not thorough when giving pick up orders out they also do not care to pick up the phone!"

"Apparently nobody at this store can be bothered to answer the phone. And when they do, they just immediately hang up on you. I've called at least 40 times like seriously. 40 times and every single time it will ring. It'll ring and I've called multiple departments like every single department. I've tried as well multiple times and the only times that anybody answers the phone. They literally pick it up. You can hear Somebody say something. And they hang up the phone immediately. So I guess their policy is to not talk to anyone whatsoever on the phone."

"Went to the Target supercenter at the Bakersfield northeast location. I must say that the parking lot upon arrival was very clean. Upon entry into the store, I preceded to conduct my shopping. The store was clean, cashiers were friendly, items were easy to locate, and shelves were neatly stocked. You can easily tell this is a well-managed store as the employees appeared engaged and not idle. Parking can be difficult to find, but overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"Management needs to work on staffing to address line problems. There shouldn't be 1 cashier and 3 working self check out registers with the long line of at least 15-20 people. When I asked associate at self check out can you get extra help with line her firm answer was no. Associate did not even say Im sorry not call for back up. Very disappointed on how customer service experience is going. This is not the first time I see this at target stores."
