"My two kids were seen by Dr. Taylor a few months ago. They absolutely loved her office. They had to get shots, but neither of them cried, because the office and staff are wonderful. They chatted with the kids, made them comfortable, gave them toys and stickers, etc. We were seen quickly as well. Dr. Taylor was calm, extremely knowledgable and professional, but also very friendly towards my kids. She's the best pediatrician!!!"

"Dr. Taylor by far is the BEST pediatrician. She truly cares about her little patients. Never once have I had to wait long and the office staff is so great they go above and beyond to get us in same day. Dr. Taylor is always right on point with what my daughter has which is such a relief as a parent. You won’t regret making an appointment with Dr. Taylor I promise!!!!!!!!"

"A visit to Dr. Taylor's office is a breath of fresh air! She and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very considerate of our time. The great majority of our time in the office is spent with Dr. Taylor, which is rare at most physicians' offices. We never feel that she is rushing out to see another patient and my daughter even commented that it is nice to visit a doctor who asks many well-rounded questions. It is evident that she cares not only for the physical well-being of the child, but their mental health as well. My only regret is not taking my two daughters to her sooner!"

"Dr. Taylor has been our pediatrician for 7 years. My 7 year old and 15 year old both see her. She's kind and always answers my million questions! She even cares about my sons grades and asked him why he is struggling in school. My favorite thing about her is that she never rushes to prescribe something just to dismiss us and she talks about preventative options so that the same issues don't keep happening."

"The nurses that gave the shots were perfect. My kids enjoyed the art work, books and treasure chest. But the front office staff and the Doctor are curt and rude. Not once did the girl in the front office smile even gave us attitude after we got new insurance and couldn't provide a card (we were still awaiting them in the mail). They are not informative and they come across as condescending. When we asked about our sons skin condition, " What is this caused by/is it normal? How can we help it? Is there anything we should watch out for? How long should it take to go away?" The Doctor seemed irritated by the questions and responded with a curt, "It will go away in a while!" Just an example (one of many). I feel that yes the Pediatrician's main objective should be tending to the children. But (especially with a new born they should realize that there job also includes informing and hopefully setting the parent's mind at ease. We gave them multiple tries (every one is entitled to an off day), but to no Avail. All I can say is NO NO NO, do not go! I expected to have better service with a PPO but honestly I had much better service at kiaser!!! Since I have found a Amazing Doctor in Thousand Oaks!!!"
