"Dr Verstraete is kind, courteous and really knows her stuff! We saw her from the time our daugjter was a few weeks up until 7ish months (and she helped so we didn’t need to continue)- we adore her so much that we were sad wjen we “graduated” and didn’t need to be seen anymore. She’s the best!"

"I had a consult with this doctor in January 2021 for my 6 yo daughter. During the initial consult, I was instructed to schedule a follow-up visit. I was told that the doctor’s admin would contact me. When this did not occur, I called the doctor’s office 7 times over a 5 week period. NO response! My pediatrician—who referred me—also called on my behalf. NO response! I called and asked that my message be marked “urgent”; still NO response. I finally had to schedule with another specialist. There is NO excuse for this type of unprofessional and callous behavior. My daughter has daily GI pain and this doctor cannot be bothered to have her staff respond to scheduling requests. It has now been 5 months and I am yet to receive a call back. This individual should not be in practice."
