"Do NOT take your CHILDREN HERE ! Highly unprofessional. The medical staff they have working there- clerical staff - appointment staff are nothing less then retarded!!!! Slow - unprofessional and incompetent!!! It takes 5 days to get insurance checked , I had sitter medical call three times we where both put on hold for over an hour and forgotten and or hung up on!! To verify insurance that was already established!!!! Then the doctor miss diagnosed my son an we where In The ER for two days!! SAVE PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE ISSUES- stress - aggravation- TIME LOSS- and headache and go elsewhere with your babies"

"I'm a little irritated with Gold River Pediatric. Brought my son in due to chest pains, and they checked him out. Sent us to get blood, urine, and x-rays. We came back 3 weeks later for a follow-up, and the doctor didn't remember us. He said it must have been another doctor. It was definitely him because I couldn't pronounce his last name. The worst part is having an appt time at 3:15 pm just to not be called until 3:55pm. It is ridiculous that this place is that slow. I'm definitely going to be looking for another pediactric doctor for my kids. We didn't even get acknowledged by no one when we first came in. The front desk just sits there. No help whatsoever. I also forgot to mention that they couldn't find my sons record. How unorganized can one place be?"
