"Two years and my kids have never met the doctor. I call and the phone is rarely answered, I leave messages and don't get return calls. Once, I arrived for an appointment for my son and was told the nurse on call was not available and then told I would have to make another appointment. When I became visibly upset for having to take my son out of school, I was scolded but allowed to see a nurse an hour later. When I get the chance, I will change doctors."
