"They have the worst customer service its frustrating. No one answers calls or calls back after leaving messages. Everytime I have questions or need help they ask me to contact a specific person that's supposed to help with everything. How can that person help if they never answer or communicate. The one time I did get a hold of the coordinator she rushed me off the phone and I never heard anything back. The doctor is nice which is why I gave 2 stars but they really need to work on customer service. How can a doctor's office just not answer during business hours?? But when you go into the facility there are so many people working."

"Just to get someone to answer the phone is a nightmare. I called, spoke to an answering service by leaving a message, and didn’t hear back from them in a couple of days. I then called a second time. I had the results for my bloodwork on the FMH app and was surprised I had not heard back from the doctor. After the second time I finally get a call from the office. Waiting time is not bad once you have an appointment. They just really need a better Admin team and have someone to answer phone calls promptly."
