"This is not the place for you to take your babies in the morning one day because they will make an appointment 5 days later for you. It has happen to me more than once that my baby is not feeling well and they won’t see her unless it’s an appointment. I am highly disappointed with that fact. When my baby had the yearly check ups, everything went well during the appointment. But you can’t rely on them for an immediate situation. They just recommend for you to take them to the hospital. Update to reply: No thanks, like I said, It has happend more than once. Even back when you guys would do phone appointments, it was hard to see a doctor in person even after diagnosing my ill child through the phone. It really takes a bad review to give me a same day appointment instead of you guys actually caring for my child. My child has an ear infection, good thing I didn’t wait the 5 days to take her here or wait till it got worse and had to take her to the ER."

"Dr Bailony & Dr Wathen are amazing and very loving to my son. They carefully examine your little one thoroughly from head to toe. They really take their time with you. Front desk is always friendly when you walk in. Nurse's are sweet and caring when they give my baby his vaccinations they do them so quickly. If you are searching for a family doctor, I highly recommend this office.. So glad I came here!"

"We really enjoy going to our pediatrician. The staff is always quick to answer questions or look into/ask the doctors for clarification of my questions. My concerns are validated and heard without being judged. They are thorough, kind, and considerate when providing care. Like most kiddos my baby doesn’t like getting any shots or bloodwork, but the staff tries to make it as quick and painless as they can, while executing it properly.
