"Terrible service from the receptionists in person, very rude and unprofessional. The service was worse on the phone. I called and called for hours trying to get a hold of a nurse and when I was finally able to get through to someone, I was promptly put on hold for ten minutes and then disconnected. Dr. Hensley was lovely but they should definitely consider hiring different, even just a little more slightly qualified receptionists. It would make a huge difference."

"I only give this place 2 stars only because the two times I went I had a good experience with the doctors there that treated my son. But the receptionist are literally the worst I've ever dealt with in any medical clinic or office. They are rude and unprofessional. Both times I went they couldn't give me a follow up appointment because they didn't have there schedule up and they expected me to call a month later. The second time I went I stood in front of the reception area where there were three women, two of which were working on something with the phone and computer. The third was just sitting there doing who knows what, none of them even acknowledged me and as I waited for the lady to call me another patient walked in from outside and to my surprise she called her to help her even though I was standing right in front of her desk. I disregarded it and stood even closer to her desk and waited to be helped, still she ignored me and didn't even acupressure acknowledge me. As I stood there waiting another patient walked to the waiting room from inside the patient rooms and she then tells her she'll be right with her. I thought, surely she meant after she helped me, but no. She then proceeded to help her and give her a follow up appointment. By now you can guess I was very mad and I decided to walk out but not before making it clear that there were three so called receptionist and no one could even give me an appointment. I must be invisible I said cause she can't even see me standing there and she takes two separate people ahead of me. Every time I call they have me on hold for over 7 minutes and to top it off they can't even give me an appointment. They are also rude over the phone. I would only return for the doctors but to be honest I don't even think they are worth it. I rather find another pediatrician office where I'm not getting mad every time I have to deal with their terrible receptionist. Word of advice to the establishment, get new receptionists."
