"Personal at Rady's dont answer the phone (murrieta)and they dont care about you waiting for more than an hour for an appointment but u cannot b 15mn late even when their tolerance is 20 mn. Dr. Amanda Klaren refused to provide service to my daughter because we were late 15mn (school did not release her on a timely manner, that is why we were late). She refused to provide service but last time we were there, we waited for the doctor for about one hour and a half because the doctor was behind. As a respect for the doctor, and yes they get behind, we patiently waited but she couldn't wait for us for being 15mn late. We have been patient with their mistakes like the couple times they forgot to order my daughters reading glasses but they are not fair to help us when needed, even within their "tolerance" time they dont respect their own rules."
