"Dr. Lim is not a bad doctor. However, the last visit my child had his 1 yr check up she was getting mad and snapped on my child because he kept moving and yelling from excitement.. like what do you expect lol Her staff is never consistent, she always has new staff (red flag). Every time I visit/called they are always rude. Waiting room/rooms: Waiting room has a small tv in a corner at an awkward position. There are no toys or books for the kiddos. Everything is VERY outdated from posters, equipment, and furniture. Warm rooms small rooms. I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you have the chance to choose a different doctor for your child.. do it. Especially if you already don’t like the office. I’m glad I switched over to Kidz Kare Doc."

"Horrible experience. Came here for my.kids we made an appoint i clearified 3 times the date time and appointments . I am ocd and also write everything down . So we showed up to appointments and they had a different date and time for my kids appointments i was like no i called a week prior to appointments to clearify appointments because we have alot of medical issue shouldout my family so we have to schedule everything . This happend 2 more times here so in the same month with them with my 2 other kids so we changed doctors in addiation to this the wait was ridiculous 2-3 hr wait from time of check in to sitting in room . Unacceptable we changed to a place in upland i hadve not experience this problem fromm my new doctor's . And this place is only 2 mins away from me but to experience this from here its well.worth driving 40 mins away to go to a doctor that actually take pride in its patients"

"Dr. Lim is a good doctor, so this rating/review is mostly on other aspects of the office. The wait room can seat 20 people at the most. The TV use to be positioned at the corner of the wait room where everyone (even the ones sitting by the door) can see it. Now the TV has been repositioned so it's on the other side of the room. If you're sitting by the door area, you won't be able to see it. And of course that's if the TV or video is turned on. The last few times I've been here, the TV is off. The wait room at this pediatrician's office has no toys or anything to keep kids occupied while they wait. So having said all that, make sure you bring something to keep your kids busy while you all endure the 1 hour plus wait. Yes, the wait time averages to about 1 hour plus wait and that's with an appointment. In all the years I've been coming here with my kids, the wait time has never been less than 45 mins. And that's even when you're first to be seen. The wait room isn't divided between sick patients and well patients, unlike some pediatricians offices. So if you're here for a wellness visit and your kid isn't sick and the wait room is full of sickly children, it might be best to wait outside. In terms of flexibility and ease of scheduling appts. the staff will try to fit you in the soonest available appt. whether that's same day or the next day. Friendliness of staff is fine. I've notice different faces in each visit so employees turn around time is questionable. The exam tables are not lined with any disposable paper rollers, so it would be advisable to bring a blanket or something to cover the table with if your child will be on it. The exam tables are not wiped down after each patient. It's not a perfect pediatrician office, but if these areas could be addressed then it could be."

"I myself was a patient of hers when I was under 18 I now have 2 kids and both have her as their pediatrician. Great doctor no wait time for appointments you can even make same day appointments. Highly recommend her and her staff very nice nurses"
