"We are glad to have dr. Phan as our pediatrician..he seems to truly care about his patients. Only thing I don’t like is how the ladies talk on the phone and how they call to confirm the appointment like they’re a robot then they just hang up after. No common courtesy. They also forgot about my baby and I and kept calling the patients that came after us in immediately when we waited for an hour."
