"Whenever I call this office I can’t get ahold of anyone and when they call you back they hang up before the phone rings so it shows a missed call but you never get alerted. Very frustrating."

"Our pediatrician (along with a lot of other doctors) left recently, we were not notified. When I needed an emergency appointment, I had to spend an hour on the phone between the office and my insurance to update the PCP. They had my son waiting in the office the whole time, and wouldn't see him until the insurance information was updated. I also had another emergency with a different son that was incredibly stressful, and they sent us to the wrong office for x-rays even though I called to confirm the address. It was incredibly frustrating."

"I was initially very happy with the office when I moved to south county. However, there has been a mass exodus of a number of doctors and the office manager. The remaining doctors and staff has done nothing to reach out to current patients to provide updates on ongoing care for their patients. The hold times for the receptionist to pick up calls are very long. When asking for guidance from the current staff as to next steps she was confrontation and not helpful. Being a parent of a daughter with a rare syndrome we found our doctor because of her expertise. We only hoped the current staff would be understanding and provide a little help to a concerned parent vs. just express her frustration with her current employment situation on us. Either way the remaining doctors should be updating clients that they will be taking over as the new primary with a simple introduction via phone or email update as a bare minimum."

"Front Office Staff, Nurses and PA’s are all incredibly warm and kind! Dr Harris is our pediatrician and he’s so patient, reasonable, non judgmental and, important for me as a FTM, the opposite of an alarmist. I always feel at ease after an appointment with him!"

"We haven't been going here very long because we just moved to CA from NM , but We are so glad we found this place. The front staff at the Laguna Niguel location are so helpful and very kind. Not once did they seem upset by the large medical records from our previous Dr. office. We see Dr. Salter and I can not tell you enough good things about her. She has made this transition so much easier for my kids and for me as a mom. My children love her and I love how knowledgeable she is and how she takes the time to listen to my concerns.
