"Called Tuesday was given an appointment for next day no issues, front desk and intake Medical Assistant super sweet not rude or disrespectful I've never had an issue with any staff or Doctors. Came in for a minor issue they noted my son was past due for something and accommodations were made for my son to get back on track with his health. REMEMBER we all think our issues are important but there are others who are more sick that may take priority front desk has two ppl against 20 patients that come in on one morning not counting the afternoon rush, things required by school are not given a day before school starts make the time to schedule accordingly remember the health field has taken many different changes that require more of health providers with little compensation and lots of demand be kind.A PLEASE AND THANK YOU GO ALONG WAY leave the attitude at the door."

"Dr. Shafai was my daughters doctor from new born and through her teenage years. I wish he was still her doctor now as an adult. Wonderful doctor! It was always a pleasure to see him. I wonder if he remembers the time when my daughter was very ill (with scarlet fever) and she needed a shot. She wouldn't let him give her a shot. So she asked us to "wait a minute" and then jetted out the room, ran down the hallway with both her parents, nurse and doctor chasing behind her! Not a good moment for my baby at the time but she got her shot and healed. Now it's just a great and always funny memory! Thank you Dr. Shafai!"
