"Dr. Reyes is a fine Doctor with many years of experience. This is why I've been putting up with the long wait times the first few times we've been to her. However, I will be changing my son's doctor very soon. He's older now and eventually you get fed up with having to wait 2-3+ hours EVERY time you bring in your already fussy sick child in. I dread going to her office because I know we're going to be there all morning or all afternoon. Staff is not considerate of your time at all, have very poor time management skills, and no sense of urgency in the office. You can find better service elsewhere. They might even greet you!"

"Every time I come here for my baby’s doctor’s appointment it’s always a nightmare. The wait time is alarming. You have to wait a minimum of one or two hours to be seen by a doctor. It’s very sad it’s always the same here. No improvement or changes. Same old ways. What a shame!!!"

"Needs improvement on time management and staff's attitude. Today is the 2nd time that our appoinment took 3hrs. And then those assistants/front desk ladies, are really rude. When it is time for you to make the next appoinment,they will just let you stand there like they dont see you or they dont care. Gosh,my baby just had 6 shots and already tired for waiting there for 3hrs,and then you guys want us to wait more?.. How inconsiderate! Dra Reyes will lose patients because of you,guys."

"I give 5 stars to the doctor Elizabeth and to most of the front desk ladies. Doctor Elizabeth has been taking care of my two youngest kids since they were born. So far great service from her. Very nice and patient doctor. Maybe only one front desk lady needs to work on her actitude but I think she has improved."
