"4/10/23 Called early this morning around 8am to make my foster child an appointment, she is a premie baby. The female at the front desk that answered the phone in the morning, I gave her all the babies medical information & she stated over the phone that she wasn't able to check the babies information because they were busy with patients. It seemed odd & I don't think she knew what she was doing because normally people at the front desk know how to multitask, check your insurance information & then give you feedback to see if you may make a dr. appointment at Dr. Aliya Imran Ali MD office. Since she didn't call me back, I called mid day to see if she checked my foster childs medical info. she answered the phone had to get my phone number for a second time, because she stated that she would call me or I can call her back at 5pm for an answer. I asked her at what time do you close & she said at 6pm, I called at 5pm & guess what no one answered the phone & I just got a vm. I can already tell that this medical offices staff is no help, they don't care about patient's or communication, to be giving out incorrect expectations is a no, no to me. She wasted my time, when I could of called another responsible medical offices where staff does care. I give this office 0 stars."
