"we had to make the decision to chance clinics for the best of our kids health. I have bin taking my baby who is almost 5 months now since he was born & the same Back office medical assistant taking his vitals and “giving” him his shots every time. Well last month my husband noticed the MA didn’t give him his shots correctly. She proceeded as if she is giving my baby his vaccines only poking him to make the mark and squirts it all out not giving him any & no vaccine actually going in the skin.. I Brushed it off thinking maybe she was nervous (since she did poke herself with the needle she used on my baby) or my husband just didn’t know what he was talking about since it’s not his field.. But I told him all check next time we came in. Well today he had a physical with shots and I witnessed her doing exactly what my husband said. I’m not sure if there’s a lack of training or if she is just refusing to give these baby’s there vaccines. Now we are left with worrying if my baby has actually received any vaccines? I’ve bin a medical assistant and phlebotomist for almost 8 years now So I know when something isn’t being done correctly.."

"Dr Hanan was the pediatrician at the hospital right after I gave birth to my two youngest and has been their pediatrician since then. She’s amazing! My kids like her and she always makes us feel at ease no matter how sick our babies have gotten . I highly recommend her as a pediatrician. Although her hours vary and sometimes it’s hard to get in After-School but for the most part we have always been able to be seen when needed. I live in Norwalk but do not mind making the drive to Long Beach as I have 100% trust in her with my little ones health."
